I ended up going to see my brother's band, Soul Junction, perform at the Sala Session. It was absolutely brilliant! Well, there was one band whose singers sucked bare bottom juice... *cough*Feedback*cough* But other than that, the night was well worth $7 if not more. I went with a couple of friends and we came came home so fired up and inspired to start our own band - something I've been hungry for for the last couple of months. I'm the bassist, Mimz is our guitarist, my sister is the keyboardist, Ruby as uhh... we don't know yet, and Mimz' sister as our drummer. Although I am excited, I have a wretched feeling it probably won't happen, seeing that Mimz and her sister are hardly home.
